Automotive Technician / Mechanic Requirements Experience in a fast-paced / customer-driven environment Good Attitude, Team Player Supply your own hand tools Complete ongoing training as required Has a basic knowledge of general vehicle knowledge (Alignments, Oil changes, Flushes, Tire Services & Brake replacement) Suspension repair Good knowledge of air conditioning systems Good knowledge of cooling systems Good knowledge of exhaust systems Good Diagnostic abilities ASE Certifications are a plus! Automotive Technician / Mechanic Responsibilities Our Automotive Technicians diagnose problems in a timely manner Our Automotive Technicians repair vehicles and test drive for quality control (must have valid drivers license) Our Automotive Technicians keep the work area neat and clean Automotive Technician / Mechanic Benefits & Perks We pay for your Short Term Disability We pay for your Long Term Disability Insurance Plan/Health Benefits available after 30 days Paid automotive technician training Paid ASE Fees and $50 bonus for each passing ASE Paid Holidays and time off Commission paid weekly
