Daycare Teacher Apply in person at 3105 Longview Pkwy, Longview, TX 75601 Background check and fingerprinting are required. Applicants must already have CPR certification or be willing to obtain it. We are looking for a fun, energetic, and caring person to join our daycare team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, creates a positive environment, and brings patience, enthusiasm, and reliability to work each day.

Job Summary:

The daycare supports the daily care, supervision, and engagement of children in a safe, nurturing, and structure environment. This person will help create a positive classroom atmosphere, support learning through play and routine, and work closely with team members to meet the needs of children throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being Plan and lead age-appropriate activities play, and learning opportunities Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment Assist children with daily routines, including meals, restroom needs, and rest time Encourage positive behavior and help children build social and emotional skills Communicate with parents and team members in a friendly and professional manner Follow daycare policies, safety procedures and state licensing guidelines Monitor children for any concerns and report important updates as needed Qualifications Must be 18 years old or have a high school diploma Must be able to pass a background check Must complete fingerprinting Must have CPR certification or be will to obtain it Must be dependable, patient, and energetic Must enjoy working with children in a daycare setting Strong communication and teamwork skills Previous childcare or daycare experience is helpful but not required Why Join Us We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, kindness, and energy to our daycare.
