KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our Fountain Park center to nurture young children in a safe, engaging classroom. In this role, you'll design and lead age-appropriate, play-based learning experiences that support cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development. You'll build strong relationships with families through regular communication and progress updates, maintain high standards of health and safety, and collaborate with a supportive team. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early learning standards. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and document children's development and progress. Communicate regularly with families about milestones, behavior, and classroom events. Maintain classroom cleanliness and adhere to health and safety policies. Collaborate with center staff to support school-wide programs and events. Manage daily routines including meals, rest time, and transitions. Support children's social-emotional development and positive behavior. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Accurately complete required records and reports.
