Job Description

We're looking to hire individuals who are passionate about caring for children and have prior experience with the day-to-day tasks involved in childcare. Candidate must have high school diploma or
GED, CPR
certified or agree to take a class to get certified and have a desire to be a positive role model for our children. This role requires a great deal of flexibility and a willingness to go above and beyond when necessary. We're looking for experienced professionals who can be trusted to care for children on their own, and this is an opportunity to work in a professional environment while creating lasting relationships with the families they support.
Responsibilities:
Be responsible, reliable and positive. Provide a healthy, clean, and safe environment for children. Educate children on developmentally appropriate activities. Follow weekly lesson plans using provided Christian curriculum. Participate in extracurricular activities with the children. Handle emergencies, such as accidents and illness, while providing a comforting presence. Follow the routines and schedule of the day. Be able to supervise and teach children effectively, both in groups and individually.
