Teach & work somewhere fabulous with amazing people! PELC is seeking a preschool teacher for Toddlers & 2's in a Christian school setting. We're searching for the best match of someone who is wonderful with children, personable with parents, and is passionate about preschool education! Experience with children is required. Must be able to work an 8 hour shift, Monday-Friday, & be available by 7:00 am. If don't have a current CDA (Child Development Associate), must be willing to work toward completing it. (We will help you achieve CDA) Responsibilities include developmentally appropriate lesson planning, designing creative and fun learning centers, indoor/outdoor active visual supervision, and maintaining a clean, organized, exciting, and safe classroom environment. Must be able to work cooperatively with other staff, act as a positive Christian role model for children, be professional, and dependable. All preschool staff must successfully clear all background checks and fingerprint clearances.
