KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Mansfield Skyrise center to nurture and inspire young learners. In this on-site role, you'll design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that support social, emotional, and cognitive growth. You will maintain a safe, inclusive classroom, closely supervise children, and follow health and safety standards. Teachers build strong relationships with families through regular communication, progress updates, and collaboration. You'll also partner with colleagues and participate in ongoing training to support high-quality early childhood education and your own professional growth. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities. Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure adherence to safety and health standards. Observe, document, and communicate children's progress to families. Collaborate with center staff to support curriculum and center goals. Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and learning materials. Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
