Job Description

Experienced Daycare Teacher Heart Dream Early Childhood Christian Academy Heart Dream Early Childhood Christian Academy is seeking caring, dependable, and experienced daycare teachers who are passionate about early childhood education and creating a nurturing Christian learning environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities. Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Maintain open communication with parents and staff. Follow all licensing, health, and safety requirements. Supervise children at all times and ensure their well-being. Model Christian values and positive behavior for children. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
Qualifications:
Previous childcare or daycare experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. CDA (Child Development Associate) credential preferred. Proof of completed early childhood training and professional development certifications may qualify candidates for a higher pay rate. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Must be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification. Must successfully pass a background check.
Pay:
Pay is based on experience and qualifications. Applicants with a CDA credential or proof of relevant early childhood education training may be eligible for a higher rate of pay.
