Duties Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills Supervise children during playtime, meal times, naps, and outdoor activities to ensure safety at all times Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage cooperation and respect among children Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that supports developmental milestones Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress and daily experiences Assist with diapering, feeding, and basic health needs in accordance with safety protocols Support children with special needs by adapting activities and providing individualized attention when necessary Skills Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and early education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure immediate response to emergencies Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Strong classroom management skills to create a structured yet flexible learning environment Excellent communication skills for collaborating with parents, colleagues, and caregivers Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism Join us in shaping bright futures!
