Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with young children, parents, colleagues, and administrators. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional credentials in special education or Montessori training are a plus. Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety regulations in educational environments. Experience teaching physical education or tutoring young learners is advantageous. Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, and hands-on activities for toddlers and preschoolers.
