Dental Park - McAllen, TX Dental Park is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team in McAllen, Texas.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and present patient treatment plans
Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits
Verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients
Discuss treatment costs, payment options, and financing arrangements
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Answer patient questions and provide excellent customer service
Communicate effectively with dentists, staff, and patients to ensure smooth daily operations
Assist with front office duties as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in a dental office is required
Experience as a Treatment Coordinator is preferred
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Excellent customer service and professionalism
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must be willing to travel between both Dental Park locations in McAllen, Texas
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
