We are dedicated to building foundational academic, social, and physical milestones through structured, play based education. Position Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Resource Teacher for (Ages 2-3) to support our early learning classrooms. In this role, you will work with lead teachers to guide toddlers and young preschoolers through foundational routines, social emotional development, and early structured learning. You will also lead active gross motor play, introducing children to basic movement, coordination, and fundamental sports skills (such as beginner basketball drills and balance activities) in a safe, fun environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with classroom teachers to deliver age appropriate curriculum that prepares (2-3 year olds) for preschool and kindergarten readiness. Lead daily gross motor development activities and beginner sports games to encourage coordination, teamwork, and healthy physical habits. Support small group instruction, providing individualized attention to help children meet developmental benchmarks. Foster a positive, structured classroom environment using patient, proactive guidance. Maintain clear, professional communication with parents and staff regarding daily milestones and classroom progress. Uphold all Texas child care licensing standards, health protocols, and safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of hands on experience in a licensed child-care center or preschool setting.

Education & Credentials:

High school diploma or equivalent (CDA or Associate degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus).

Certifications:

Valid CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire); must pass a standard background check.

Core Competencies:

Strong understanding of early childhood development, high patience, reliable attendance, and active classroom energy.

Physical Requirement:

Ability to actively engage with small children on floor level and lead outdoor/indoor movement exercises.
