Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children in our care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and nurturing care to children in a safe and secure environment
• Create and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children to learn and grow
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the childcare facility
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols
• Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and diaper changing as needed

Skills:

• Previous experience in babysitting, working with students, or childcare settings
• Knowledge of toddler care, childhood development, and preschool curriculum
• Strong classroom management skills to engage children in learning activities
• Ability to provide compassionate caregiving while maintaining professional boundaries
• Proficient in behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior
• Familiarity with daycare regulations and licensing requirements
