We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children in our care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children in a safe and secure environment
- Create and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children to learn and grow
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the childcare facility
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols
- Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and diaper changing as needed
Skills:
- Previous experience in babysitting, working with students, or childcare settings
- Knowledge of toddler care, childhood development, and preschool curriculum
- Strong classroom management skills to engage children in learning activities
- Ability to provide compassionate caregiving while maintaining professional boundaries
- Proficient in behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior
- Familiarity with daycare regulations and licensing requirements
