About the Position We are seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Child Care Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, creating a positive learning environment, and helping support children's social, emotional, and physical development. Responsibilities Supervise children and ensure their safety at all times Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate activities Assist with meals, snacks, hygiene, and daily routines Encourage positive behavior and social interaction Maintain a clean and organized classroom or childcare area Communicate professionally with parents and staff Follow all safety procedures and childcare regulations Monitor children's behavior and developmental progress Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous childcare experience preferred CPR and First Aid certification preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude Ability to pass a background check
