Responsibilities Supervise children during playtime, activities, and transitions to ensure safety and engagement. Implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment conducive to learning and fun. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to support individual needs and routines. Assist with classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and conflict resolution. Provide basic first aid when necessary and follow safety protocols diligently. Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, or babysitting is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices. Certification or training in first aid and CPR is highly desirable. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education environments is a plus. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to foster a nurturing environment. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Passion for caregiving, teaching, and supporting young children's growth and well-being.
