KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our New Boston center to nurture and inspire young children. In this on-site role, you will create engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans, support social-emotional and cognitive growth, and maintain a safe, caring classroom. You'll build strong partnerships with families through regular communication and collaborate with teammates to uphold KinderCare's high standards. Responsibilities Create and deliver developmentally appropriate, engaging lesson plans for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Observe and document children's growth and development. Communicate regularly with families about progress, activities, and concerns. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Collaborate with center staff to uphold Kinder Care's curriculum and standards. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
