an energetic and compassionate Teacher for children aged 13 mths to 2 yr olds. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enriching activities that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a joyful classroom where young children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn. Responsibilities Plan and execute age-appropriate activities that stimulate curiosity and support developmental milestones for toddlers Foster a warm, welcoming environment that encourages exploration and independence Observe and document each child's progress, sharing insights with parents and team members regularly Ensure the safety and well-being of all children through vigilant supervision and adherence to health standards Communicate effectively with parents regarding daily activities, milestones, and any concerns Collaborate with fellow staff to create a cohesive curriculum aligned with the academy's educational philosophy Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment conducive to active learning and play Experience Prior experience working with children aged 2 & under in a childcare or educational setting is preferred Knowledge of early childhood development principles and age-specific activities Strong communication skills to engage effectively with young children and their families Ability to create engaging lesson plans that incorporate arts, music, storytelling, physical activity, and sensory play Certification in CPR/First Aid is highly desirable; ongoing professional development is encouraged Join us at Blue Bird Kids Academy to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners! Pay:

$13.50 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
