About the
Role:
We are looking for a caring, dependable Toddler Teacher to join our team. This position focuses on creating a safe, engaging environment where toddlers can learn, explore, and grow through daily routines and play.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times Actively engage with children throughout the day (not just supervise) Provide consistent redirection and guidance to support appropriate behavior Maintain classroom structure, routines, and cleanliness Assist with diapering, feeding, and daily care needs Communicate professionally with parents and team members Ensure classroom licensing compliance at all times Step in to support other classrooms or center needs as required
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent required Experience working with young children preferred Must have Pediatric CPR & First Aid certification with an in-person skills assessment (online-only certifications are not accepted per licensing requirements) Must pass a background check, including FBI fingerprinting Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
Ability to actively engage with children throughout the day and create a fun, positive environment where children are encouraged to listen and participate Frequent bending, sitting, standing, and stooping Ability to lift and carry children as needed Comfortable getting up and down from the floor quickly Ability to run and move quickly when needed to maintain supervision and apply redirection techniques
Pay:
