Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Supervise and engage children in play, both indoors and outdoors
- Assist with mealtime routines, including preparing and serving meals and snacks
- Change diapers and assist with toilet training as needed
- Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary to maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere
- Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and address any concerns or questions
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare space
Requirements:
- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or related field
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Familiarity with special education techniques is a plus
- Ability to provide infant care, including feeding, diapering, and soothing
- Strong classroom management skills to create a structured environment
- Experience working with students of various ages and backgrounds
- Current certification in first aid is preferred We offer competitive pay rates and flexible scheduling options.
Pay:
