At Little STEM Academy , we go beyond traditional childcare—we create an engaging, hands-on environment where children explore, build, experiment, and grow. This leadership role is ideal for an educator who thrives in a structured yet creative classroom and is excited to lead a team while shaping the early academic journey of preschool learners. What You'll Do Design and implement developmentally appropriate, STEM-integrated lesson plans (science, early math, problem-solving, and literacy) Create a nurturing, structured classroom that supports social-emotional growth and positive behavior Lead engaging, hands-on activities that promote curiosity, independence, and critical thinking Manage daily classroom operations, ensuring smooth transitions, safety, and high engagement Conduct ongoing assessments and track student progress toward Kinder-Ready milestones Collaborate with families and staff to support each child's individual development Incorporate elements of Montessori methods, early literacy, and physical activity into daily routines What We're Looking For A strong classroom leader who can bring energy, structure, and creativity into the classroom Passion for early childhood education and STEM-based learning Ability to turn everyday moments into meaningful learning experiences Someone who is organized, dependable, and growth-minded
