  • Champs Learning Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administration of our preschool and daycare facility, ensuring a safe, educational, and nurturing environment for children, staff, and families. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to manage both programmatic and administrative functions effectively.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Management:
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate the educational programs to ensure they meet the developmental needs of children and adhere to state and federal guidelines. Collaborate with educators to maintain an innovative and age-appropriate curriculum.
  • Staff Supervision:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise qualified staff members. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure the facility complies with all regulations, including health, safety, and licensing requirements. Conduct regular safety drills and maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment.
  • Budget Management:
  • Oversee the financial aspects of the center, including budgeting, accounting, and resource allocation. Monitor expenses and make adjustments as necessary to maintain financial health.
  • Family Engagement:
  • Foster strong relationships with families, addressing their concerns and keeping them informed about their childrens progress. Organize family events and workshops to engage parents in their childrens education.
  • Enrollment and Marketing:
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain and increase enrollment. Manage outreach initiatives and promotional activities to attract new families to the center.
  • Community Liaison:
  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, educational institutions, and regulatory agencies. Represent Champs Learning Center at community events and meetings.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in educational administration or a similar leadership role in a preschool or daycare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood development, curriculum design, and educational best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in budgeting and financial management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse families and community members.
  • Familiarity with licensing regulations and accreditation processes.
