The Role We are hiring a Preschool Teacher to lead our 3-4 year-old classroom. You will guide children through pre-reading foundations, early math, creative arts, and kindergarten-readiness activities in a small-group setting where every child gets real attention. What You'll Do Plan and deliver age-appropriate daily lessons following our curriculum Supervise children at all times, maintaining state-required child/caregiver ratios Foster social, emotional, and spiritual development through Catholic values Communicate daily with parents via the Brightwheel app Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom Partner with our teaching team to plan enrichment activities Minimum Requirements (per Texas HHSC Chapter 746) At least 18 years old High school diploma or GED Able to pass a Texas HHSC background check and FBI fingerprinting Current (or willing to obtain before start date) CPR, First Aid, and required Pre-Service training hours Negative TB screening Able to lift 30+ lbs and be active with children throughout the day Preferred CDA (Child Development Associate) credential or working toward one 1+ year classroom experience with 3-5 year-olds Bilingual English/Spanish Practicing Catholic or comfortable teaching in a Catholic environment Familiarity with Creative Curriculum or Montessori-style approaches

Compensation & Schedule Pay:

Based on experience and credentials ($7.25-$13/hr range) Full-time, Monday-Friday (no weekends, no evenings) Paid holidays including Christmas and Easter weeks Professional development / CEU training support
