Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum focused on infant development milestones and sensory exploration Provide attentive supervision and care to infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Engage children in stimulating activities that promote cognitive, motor, and social-emotional growth Maintain detailed records of each child's progress, routines, and special needs to inform ongoing care strategies Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development, milestones, and daily experiences Follow all health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid, CPR, and mandated reporting laws Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive classroom environment that supports positive behavior management and classroom management strategies Experience Prior experience working with infants in daycare centers, preschools, or similar childcare settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and child supervision best practices Experience with special education or working with children with disabilities is a plus Certification in first aid and CPR (pediatric first aid preferred) to ensure preparedness for emergencies Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering a nurturing environment Strong communication skills for parent interaction and teamwork within a childcare setting Familiarity with early childhood education standards and developmental assessment tools Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for early childhood education makes a lasting difference!
