Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Primrose School of Windsong Ranch is looking for a passionate, dependable, and nurturing Lead Two's Teacher to join our team! We are seeking an experienced early childhood educator who enjoys working with toddlers and is committed to creating a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. At Primrose, we believe children learn best through meaningful relationships, purposeful play, and age-appropriate experiences. Our teachers help children build confidence, independence, communication skills, and a strong foundation for future learning. What You'll Do Serve as the lead teacher in a Two's classroom and provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. Implement the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum and daily classroom experiences. Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities that support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development. Build positive, trusting relationships with children and their families. Maintain a consistent classroom routine and positive classroom management. Provide attentive supervision and ensure children's health and safety at all times. Complete daily classroom responsibilities, including diapering/toileting, feeding, cleaning, and maintaining an organized learning environment. Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding their child's day, development, and classroom experiences. Maintain accurate classroom records and follow Primrose policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and school leadership. Participate in staff meetings, training, professional development, and school events. Model Primrose's commitment to safety, trust, kindness, and learning. What We're Looking For Previous experience working with toddlers and two's in a licensed childcare or early childhood setting preferred. A genuine love for working with young children. Patient, nurturing, dependable, and energetic personality. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to maintain a positive classroom environment while managing the needs of multiple children. Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized classroom.
