Primrose School of Windsong Ranch | Prosper, TX Monday-Friday | Full-Time 9:30 to 6:00p Primrose School of Windsong Ranch is looking for a flexible, dependable, energetic, and nurturing Support Teacher to join our team! Our Support Teacher is a vital part of our school team and is responsible for supporting all classrooms throughout the school. This is a floating position, meaning you may work in any classroom at any point during the day, based on the needs of our children, teachers, and school. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys variety, works well with different age groups, and is always ready to jump in and help wherever they are needed! What You'll Do Float throughout the school and provide classroom coverage wherever needed. Work with all age groups, from infants through preschool and school-age/Explorer classrooms. Step into classrooms to provide coverage for teacher breaks, lunches, planning time, absences, and staffing needs. Assist Lead and Assistant Teachers with daily classroom routines and activities. Help implement age-appropriate learning experiences and the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum. Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for every child. Assist with meals, snacks, diapering/toileting, transitions, nap time, and other daily routines. Maintain active supervision of children at all times. Help keep classrooms clean, organized, and welcoming. Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members. Follow all Primrose policies, procedures, and Texas childcare licensing requirements. Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as needed. Support school events, activities, and special projects. Be willing and able to transition between classrooms throughout the day as school needs change.
