Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers to join our Prosper KinderCare learning center. In this early childhood education role, you will design engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that support children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth. You will maintain a safe, welcoming classroom, follow health and safety standards, and build strong, collaborative relationships with families. Responsibilities Create and implement age-appropriate, play-based lessons and activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Observe and document children's development and learning progress. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom events. Support social-emotional learning and positive behavior guidance. Collaborate with co-teachers and center staff on classroom planning. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations and center policies. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
