In this early childhood education role, you will design engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that support children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth. You will maintain a safe, welcoming classroom, follow health and safety standards, and build strong, collaborative relationships with families. Responsibilities Create and implement age-appropriate, play-based lessons and activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Observe and document children's development and learning progress. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom events. Support social-emotional learning and positive behavior guidance. Collaborate with co-teachers and center staff on classroom planning. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations and center policies. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
