PART TIME DAYCARE WORKER ARMS OF HOPE MISSION

To transform the lives of disadvantaged children, youth and families by providing hope and support in a nurturing, Christian environment.

SUMMARY:

Provide quality care in an atmosphere where a child can be safe and happy. We will provide a place to play while enhancing their social skills, physical and educational development. We work daily on building a child's self-esteem. We encourage positive behavior and do not concentrate on negative behaviors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervising children and maintain and safe and clean environment. Follow a daily schedule that includes curriculum designed specifically for each age group. Have compassion for the needs of the children, their families, as well coworkers. Read and complete all training materials given by the director. Must be able to follow and be in compliance with minimum standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or G.E.D. Experience is desired but not required. Arms of Hope - Boles Campus is now interviewing for part time child care staff.
