Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and flexible Part Time Floater to join our vibrant early childhood education team! In this vital role, stepping into various classroom environments to support our dedicated educators and ensure a seamless, enriching experience for every child. . Responsibilities Assist in supervising children in different classroom settings, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Support teachers with child development activities, including preschool curriculum implementation and behavior management Provide hands-on care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, including feeding, diapering, and nap routines Maintain clear communication with parents regarding daily activities, progress, and any concerns Support classroom management by organizing materials, setting up learning stations, and maintaining a clean environment Participate in training sessions on first aid, pediatric CPR, special education strategies, and childhood development best practices Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare centers, preschools, or similar early childhood settings is highly preferred Familiarity with classroom management tools and early childhood education principles Certification in first aid and CPR (including pediatric first aid) is desirable but not required; training can be provided Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with parents, children, and team members Join us as a Part Time Floater to help shape bright futures!
