Have at least 8 years of experience teaching in an accredited childcare program or Texas Rising Star program. C. Participating in a coaching program (example

• Texas School Ready) where the teacher will receive at least 150 total hours of coaching and professional development.

D. Complete a formal Early Childhood training program approved by TEA such as Texas School Ready.
