KinderCare is seeking a Specialized PreK Lead Teacher for our Rosenberg center. In this role, you will design and lead an engaging PreK curriculum that nurtures each child's social, emotional, and academic growth. You will create a safe, inclusive classroom, guide assistant teachers, and partner closely with families through regular communication. Responsibilities Lead a Pre K classroom, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment. Design and implement developmentally appropriate Pre K curriculum and daily lesson plans. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting milestones and tailoring instruction. Communicate regularly with families about child development, progress, and classroom activities. Coach and mentor assistant teachers, modeling best practices in early childhood education. Maintain compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations and center policies. Create engaging, hands-on activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Collaborate with center leadership and colleagues to support school-wide initiatives and events.
