Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in their early childhood development journey. In this vital role, you will create a warm, engaging classroom environment that promotes curiosity, social skills, and foundational learning. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help shape the educational experiences of children during their most formative years, fostering a love for learning that lasts a lifetime. The ideal candidate is committed to teaching bible lessons, implementing innovative curricula, supporting diverse needs—including special education and early intervention—and ensuring each child's safety and well-being through effective classroom management. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction among children. Manage daily classroom activities to promote positive behavior management and ensure a safe, inclusive space for all students. Assess individual child development progress through observations, and documentation to tailor instruction accordingly. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate student progress, address concerns, and support ongoing learning at home. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, lesson plans, and incident reports in compliance with childcare regulations and school policies. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Experience with curriculum development across multiple domains including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Proven classroom management skills to foster a positive learning environment while addressing behavioral challenges effectively. Ability to work with children of varying ages, including toddlers and preschoolers, providing age-appropriate care and instruction. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and specialists in special education or early intervention programs.
