Duties Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that support early childhood education and development Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times through vigilant supervision and adherence to safety protocols Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions and emotional growth Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and potty training for infants and toddlers Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care Maintain clear communication with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, needs, and daily activities Organize educational games, arts and crafts projects, outdoor play, and other enriching experiences to foster creativity and learning Skills Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure immediate response to emergencies Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and children with disabilities or special needs Excellent behavior management skills to guide positive social interactions Ability to implement classroom activities that promote learning through play and exploration Compassionate caregiving approach with excellent communication skills for engaging with children and families This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about nurturing young minds while ensuring a safe, supportive environment.
