Job Description

The Child Care Center Teacher/Floater will serve as a caregiver and will work with lead teachers in all age groups, 18 months to five years. The Teacher/Floater will implement the daily program of developmentally appropriate practices and activities for children and assist with identifying each child's capabilities and needs assuring the welfare, health, and safety of the children in the group. Duties include attending required pre-service and in-service training, including, but not limited to SIDS training and First Aid/CPR. The Teacher/Floater maintains compliance with the Texas Child Care requirements and will perform other duties as assigned.
