JIvy Kids Tomball | Spring, TX Ivy Kids Tomball is looking for an experienced, energetic, and nurturing Lead Two-Year-Old Teacher to join our team of World Changers! Two-year-olds are curious, busy, independent, hilarious, and learning something new every minute. We are looking for a teacher who truly enjoys this age and understands how to create a classroom that is loving, structured, engaging, and FUN. What You'll Do As our Lead Two-Year-Old Teacher, you will: Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where children feel loved and supported Implement our curriculum through hands-on, developmentally appropriate learning experiences Support language development, social-emotional skills, independence, and early learning Use positive guidance and age-appropriate behavior management strategies Support children as they begin developing toileting and other self-help skills Maintain a clean, organized, inviting classroom Communicate consistently and professionally with families through Procare and daily interactions Complete daily documentation, classroom observations, and required assessments Work closely with your assistant teacher and leadership team Follow all Texas Child Care Licensing, Ivy Kids, and center policies and procedures We're Looking for

Someone Who:

Has previous experience working with toddlers or two-year-olds in a licensed childcare center Has experience as a lead teacher or is ready to step into a lead role Is dependable and understands that consistent attendance matters to children, families, and teammates Is patient, positive, energetic, and comfortable managing a busy classroom Communicates well with families and coworkers Is comfortable using technology for parent communication, training, and documentation Is willing to learn, receive coaching, and continue growing professionally Can meet all Texas Child Care Licensing requirements, including required background checks and training Why Ivy Kids Tomball?
