Alianza Preschool seeks a dynamic and experienced part-time Preschool Ballet or Flamenco Teacher to join our team! This position offers the opportunity to inspire and engage young minds through the art of dance in a nurturing and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement ballet or flamenco lesson plans tailored to toddlers through preschool-aged children. Utilize a variety of props, including dance ribbons, mats, castanets, shawls and other creative materials to enhance the learning experience. Foster a love for dance by engaging students in active participation and exploration. Manage a classroom of up to 25 children, adapting to varying age groups and individual needs. Create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages creativity and self-expression through movement.

Qualifications:

Experience teaching ballet or flamenco to young children (toddler to preschool age). Strong knowledge of ballet or flamenco education principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create an engaging and interactive classroom environment. Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
