Job Description

KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Klein KinderCare center to nurture and educate young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will design and lead developmentally appropriate activities that support social, emotional, and cognitive growth, while maintaining a warm, inclusive classroom. You'll partner closely with families, track developmental milestones, and ensure all health and safety standards are met. At KinderCare, you'll join a collaborative, growth-focused culture with opportunities to build your early childhood education career and make a lasting impact on children's lives. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children to ensure safety and positive behavior at all times. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily experiences. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Observe, document, and assess children's learning and milestones. Collaborate with center staff to uphold Kinder Care's curriculum and standards. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations and center policies. Required Skills Classroom management Curriculum planning for early childhood Early childhood assessment and documentation Child safety and supervision Parent and family communication Knowledge of child development Lesson planning and activity design Behavior guidance and positive discipline Health, hygiene, and sanitation practices in childcare Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
