ISI Elite Training Northpointe is seeking an energetic, reliable, and compassionate morning Childwatch Attendant to provide a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment for children while their parents complete their training sessions. This is a part-time position requiring approximately 5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, making it a great fit for someone looking for a small, consistent weekday commitment. Responsibilities Supervise infants, toddlers, and young children in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Engage and interact positively with children during Childwatch hours. Monitor behavior and use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage cooperation and respect. Follow all health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary. Communicate professionally with parents or guardians regarding their child's needs or concerns. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Childwatch area. Requirements Previous experience working with children through daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or similar roles. Current CPR and First Aid certification required. Reliable, punctual, patient, and attentive. Comfortable caring for infants, toddlers, and young children. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus.
