We are specifically looking for teachers to provide early education for infants and toddlers - under 3. "Experienced" childcare 2 year old teachers start $12 and up. You will teach and supervise them while also motivating them to use their mental capacities and exercise their imagination. Responsibilities Follow a full schedule of prepared activities (creative alternative lessons welcomed); using a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing etc) Provide basic care and caregiving activities Constantly interact and talk/sing with children Evaluate children's performance to make sure they are on the right learning track and age appropriate development Remain in communication with parents and update them on the progress of their children Observe children's interactions and promote unity Identify behavioral problems and determine the right course of action Collaborate with other colleagues Adhere with policies, standards and safety regulations as established by the official sources Provide basic cleaning Skills Patience, flexibility and love for children •Strong communication, organization and time management skills Certificate in first aid and CPR (may obtain after hiring)
