Overview Babe's-N-Tots Creative Academy-North is hiring caring and dependable Toddler Teachers to engage our children using Frog Street Curriculum in a structured, supportive environment.

Responsibilities :

Lesson planning, classroom routines, potty-training readiness support, family communication through Procare, and maintaining licensing standards. Participation in Texas Rising Star mentoring is part of the role.

Preferred:

Certification in CPR/First Aid preferred; relevant credentials in early childhood education training a plus.

Required:

High school diploma/GED and Child Care Regulation background clearance At least 1-year prior experience working with children in preschool settings, specifically with toddlers 18-2yrs. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and early intervention methods. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management strategies tailored to early childhood education. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, colleagues, and community partners. Ability to work collaboratively within a team dedicated to creating a positive learning environment. Passion for nurturing young children's growth through innovative teaching methods such as literacy education and physical activities. Pay:

$13.75 - $14.00 per hour
