This is an active fast pace position for someone who is ready to jump in whenever needed. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, take initiative, and are willing to fully engage in all aspects of childcare. Our floaters are essential to keeping classrooms running smoothly. If your not comfortable with getting messy, staying active, or handling the less glamorous parts of childcare, this is not the position for you.

What you will do:

Support teachers across multiple age groups. (Infant-preschool) Assist with transitions, supervision, and daily routines. Engage with children through play, learning, and structured activities. Help maintain clean and organized classrooms. Step in to maintain ratios and classroom flow as needed.

What this job actually involves:

Cleaning spills, messes, and accidents Assisting with diapering and toileting Managing busy, sometimes loud classroom environments Staying on your feet and moving throughout the day Supporting children through challenging behaviors and big emotions.

Reliability, effort, and attitude matter just as much as experience.
