  • Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to inspire and nurture young learners during their formative years.
In this vital role, you will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment that promotes early childhood development across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains. Responsibilities Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum that support literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional growth. Develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate Montessori methods, classroom management strategies, and inclusive practices for children with special needs. Foster a positive classroom environment through effective behavior management techniques and individualized attention. Support early intervention initiatives by identifying developmental milestones and collaborating with specialists when necessary. Manage classroom activities for toddlers, preschoolers, and young children, ensuring safety and well-being at all times. Utilize standardized testing tools to assess progress and tailor instruction accordingly. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any concerns related to child welfare or development. Requirements Proven experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or private school setting. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management strategies. Familiarity with special education techniques, early intervention programs, and literacy education methods. Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and needs, including toddlers requiring specialized care. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with families, colleagues, and specialists. Demonstrated understanding of Montessori education principles or similar pedagogical approaches is preferred. Certification in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable; ongoing professional development is encouraged.
