Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Active and unencumbered RN license At least 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing protocols and best practices Excellent communication, critical thinking, and adaptability in high-paced settings
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative nursing care for surgical patients Support surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fellow OR staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain strict adherence to infection control and patient safety guidelines Document care accurately in accordance with facility requirements Respond to dynamic situations with calm expertise and collaborative spirit
