Job Description
Gigi's Fun Days Daycare Center is seeking caring, dependable, and energetic individuals who are passionate about working with children. We are looking for team members who will help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Position Details Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available Competitive Pay (based on experience and qualifications) Discounted Childcare Available Opportunities for Growth and Training Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities, games, and learning experiences Assist with feeding, diapering, toileting, and other daily care routines Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom environment Encourage positive behavior and social development Communicate professionally with parents and staff Follow all state licensing regulations and daycare policies Assist with indoor and outdoor play activities Help serve meals and snacks Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Must be at least 18 years old Experience working with children preferred, but willing to train the right candidate CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to pass a background check Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and genuine love for children What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, enthusiastic, and enjoys helping children learn through play and structured activities.
