Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development Maintain accurate records of each child's progress, routines, and health updates Communicate regularly with parents about their child's milestones, needs, and daily experiences Follow all safety protocols including pediatric first aid and CPR to respond effectively to emergencies Support classroom management by organizing materials, maintaining cleanliness, and creating an inviting environment Collaborate with team members to plan curriculum enhancements aligned with early childhood education standards Adhere to mandated reporting laws and ensure compliance with childcare licensing regulations Requirements Prior experience working with infants or in early childhood education settings such as daycare centers or preschools Knowledge of childhood development principles and child supervision best practices Certification in first aid, CPR, including pediatric first aid is highly preferred Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Strong communication skills for effective parent engagement and teamwork Ability to manage classroom behavior with patience and positive reinforcement techniques Familiarity with mandated reporting laws and child safety regulations Passion for nurturing young children's growth through engaging teaching methods and behavior management strategies

Pay:
