A passion for working with young children. Someone who loves to play, teach, encourage, and celebrate every milestone. A positive, dependable team player who is eager to learn and grow. High School Diploma or GED required. CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler's Permit (or willingness to obtain - we'll help you!). Ready to Join the Fun? Here We Grow Early Learning Center began over 23 years ago when our founder, JoAnne Albrecht, couldn't find the quality care she wanted for her own children - so she created it herself. Today, we're a trusted, growing community serving children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. In January 2026, we expanded with a second location, Coral Cove Childcare and Preschool, in partnership with the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium - providing their staff child care as an employee benefit while also welcoming families from the community.
