Love working with children? A to Z Building Blocks is hiring Daycare Teacher Assistants to join our Eagle Mountain child care team. Experience with children is a plus! If you've worked in daycare, preschool, child care, nannying, or another child-focused setting, we'd love to meet you. Pay & Perks Starting at $14.00/hour with room for growth Paid training Free meals during your shift Health insurance options Consistent weekly hours Professional development and ongoing coaching Employee referral program Schedule Consistent weekly hours Scheduled shifts fall between 6:00 AM and 6:30 PM Monday-Friday Flexible availability for opening, mid-day, and closing shifts is preferred Long-term availability is strongly preferred What You'll Do As a Daycare Teacher Assistant you will Care for and supervise children throughout the day Support age-appropriate learning activities, play, and daily routines Encourage children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Assist with meals, naps, diapering, potty training, and transitions as appropriate Keep your classroom clean, organized, and engaging Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Work together with your teaching team to provide quality child care You May Be a Great Fit If You...
