Job Description
KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Shepard Creek learning center to nurture and inspire young children through high-quality early childhood education. In this role, you will create developmentally appropriate lesson plans, foster a warm, inclusive classroom, and support each child's social, emotional, and cognitive growth. You will maintain a safe, engaging environment, build strong partnerships with families, and collaborate with a supportive team. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Build positive, respectful relationships with children and families. Monitor, document, and communicate children's progress and developmental milestones. Support social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning. Collaborate with center staff to plan activities and support center initiatives. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations and center policies. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
