Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Build positive, respectful relationships with children and families. Monitor, document, and communicate children's progress and developmental milestones. Support social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning. Collaborate with center staff to plan activities and support center initiatives. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations and center policies. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
