Little Wonders Learning Center is Hiring For Center Assistant Director!!! We have three fantastic centers located in Cache Valley At Little Wonders we provide quality child care for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. We are more than just a child care center! We pride ourselves in the level of care AND education we provide for our children. Little Wonders is where young children come to grow and develop intellectually, socially and emotionally. Our Assistant Directors work with center director to manage, direct and coordinate program and facility areas. Ensure high quality care and service. Assures compliance with state, local and company laws and regulation. Develops and maintains relationships with parents, children and staff. The perfect candidate will be role model for role models, a guide for our staff and a go getter. Willing to act as director when needed. Requirements Must have Associates Degree, or be a Level 9 on the Care about Childcare Career Ladder. Prefer someone with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Must have prior positive experiences with children. Strong Leadership Skills We expect all of our teachers to be willing to engage in early childhood development training. We are looking for energetic, and fun people who are willing to grow and commit to our great school! Must LOVE children! Must be able to complete 20 hours of Child Development training annually. Ensure that center meets all state regulations. Must be dependable! Familiar with local and federal Child Care laws Prior positive experiences with parents Prior positive experiences with colleagues Pay is based on experience and level of education $13.00-15.00 Must be able to pass a background check. Food Handlers Permit or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire First Aid and CPR certified or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire Must be safety minded Must be eligible to work in the United States.
