KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Orem learning center to nurture and inspire young children in a safe, engaging environment. As a Teacher, you will design and lead developmentally appropriate activities that support early learning, social-emotional growth, and school readiness. You will build strong relationships with families, maintain a well-organized and safe classroom, and collaborate with a supportive team that values diversity, inclusion, and continuous growth. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for preschool-aged children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily activities. Observe and document children's learning and behavior. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations. Collaborate with center staff to plan activities and events. Manage classroom routines, transitions, and behavior positively. Participate in training and professional development opportunities. Support center-wide initiatives and uphold Kinder Care's educational standards.
